UNIT TYPES: Furnished 2 bedroom (Floor Plan) and 4 bedroom (Floor Plan | 360° Panorama) apartments (bedrooms rented individually).

LEASE TYPE: Annual term lease ending on July 31 of each year (the first lease is 11 months in length and renewals are 12 months).

Units are fully furnished with a double-sized bed, dresser and study desk in each bedroom, and a couch, dining table and dining chairs in each living area. All kitchens come with a stove/oven and a refrigerator/freezer. You will have to bring your own cooking equipment, linens, etc.
