University of Alberta invites NAIT students to live on campus at UAlberta for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Furnished apartment units may vary, because they have been furnished over time. All units are equipped with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Each bedroom contains a bedframe/mattress (twin XL) and desk/chair. Storage and living room furniture may also be provided (no TVs).

Unfurnished apartments are equipped with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. You will need to provide your own bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture. If you are in a shared unit, we recommend that you wait until you move in to see if there is furniture/appliances your roommates already have so that you do not bring duplicate items.

Please be advised that roommate assignments will not be provided until your move-in date.

 

Newton Place is a traditional high rise apartment building, close to many amenities, and perfect for independent living.
