The Residence Life Intern primarily coordinates all Residence Orientation programming, including the Base Camp program in Lister Residence and Résidence Saint-Jean, and assists with the East Campus Block Party.

SEXUAL AND GENDER MINORITY PROGRAMMER

This Programmer contributes to a diverse and inclusive community in residence by providing programming that supports LGBTQ students and promotes understanding of sexual minority and gender issues to the wider community.

RESIDENCE ENGAGEMENT INTERN

This is a full year position responsible for providing leadership, guidance and supervision to various volunteer and student leadership positions in Residence, as well as providing support to the Marketing and Communications team for move-in day events.

RESIDENCE INTERNET SERVICE PROCTOR

The RIS Proctors assist residents with issues related to internet service in their residence (Résidence Saint-Jean, International House and Lister Residence), including taking help requests via the RIS on-call number during the week.

LOCKOUT ASSISTANT (LA) - EAST CAMPUS COMMUNITIES

The Lockout Assistant works in the community to assist residents who have experienced an after-hours lockout ($50 lockout fee applies). Works a minimum of two shifts per month (4 hours each).

LOGISTICS CREW LEADER

Assists with all Residence Student Staff Training and Orientation programming logistical tasks, including event set-up and take-down.

Coordinates all the Residence Services blended learning programming, including the online student staff training EClass course, and First Year Orientation EClass Course, BaseCamp Online.

CREW LEADER

Reporting to the Lister Engagement Intern, the Lister Crew Leader (CL) is a returning member of the Lister Hall community and as part of a team, is a volunteer responsible for providing leadership on programming initiatives in Lister.

The primary role of the liaison is to act as a contact between the Lister Dodgeball League and the floor that they reside on. Additional duties include: helping with team and player registration, team schedules and merchandise orders.

Reporting to the Academic in Residence/Faculty in Residence, a Peer Tutor is a returning member of the Lister Residence community, and as part of a team is a volunteer responsible for providing academic support for Lister residents.

ORIENTATION PEER MENTOR

The Orientation Peer Mentor will be responsible for supporting, guiding and advising a first-year residence student over a nine-week period (August-October 2018).
